Anyone Tried Poxet for Premature Ejaculation? Real Experiences Needed

Hi everyone,
I’ve been struggling with premature ejaculation for years, and it’s really affecting my confidence and relationship. I’ve tried exercises, delay sprays, and lifestyle changes, but nothing gives consistent results.
